ED Decision 2003/13/RM

(a) All flight speeds must be stated in terms of air-speed indicator readings (IAS).

(b) The never exceed speed, V_NE, must not exceed 0.90 times the maximum speed demonstrated in flight tests (V_DF).

(c) V_DF must not exceed the design maximum speed, V_Dand must not be less than 0.9 times the design maximum speed according to CS 22.335(f).
