CS 22.1505 Air-speed limitations ED Decision 2003/13/RM (a) All flight speeds must be stated in terms of air-speed indicator readings (IAS). (b) The never exceed speed, VNE, must not exceed 0.90 times the maximum speed demonstrated in flight tests (VDF). (c) VDF must not exceed the design maximum speed, VD and must not be less than 0.9 times the design maximum speed according to [CS 22.335(f)](#_DxCrossRefBm2056272109).
