— NCO.IDE.B.100(b) and (c),

— SPO.IDE.A.100(b) and (c),

— SPO.IDE.H.100(b) and (c),

— SPO.IDE.S.100(b) and (c), and

— SPO.IDE.B.100(b) and (c)
