(3)in respect of data
services providers, Article 6 shall
apply in any case from 1 January 2019 and, where such a provider applies for
and is granted a certificate in accordance with Article 6, from the date of
entry into force of this Regulation.
This
Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all
Member States.
