Article 10 Entry into force

Article 10 Entry into force Regulation (EU) 2017/373 This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 2 January 2020. However: (1)       [Article 9(2)](#_DxCrossRefBm1726554836) shall apply from the date of entry into force of this Regulation; (2)       in respect of the Agency, [Article 4(1), (2), (5), (6) and (8)](#_DxCrossRefBm1726554811) and [Article 5](#_DxCrossRefBm1726554818) shall apply from the date of entry into force of this Regulation; (3)       in respect of data services providers, [Article 6](#_DxCrossRefBm1726554785) shall apply in any case from 1 January 2019 and, where such a provider applies for and is granted a certificate in accordance with Article 6, from the date of entry into force of this Regulation. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
