Your regulations.
Your manuals.
One workspace.

Bring aviation rules and your organisation’s knowledge into the same conversation. Find the relevant evidence, open the source, and prepare work your team can review.

01

Find the relevant material

Bring your manuals, procedures and evidence alongside official sources to prepare a more focused review.

02

Follow the reference

Open source links and check the surrounding text, edition and applicability before relying on an answer.

03

Prepare the next step

Use source-backed drafts and review notes to support your team’s work. Qualified people make the final decisions.

A structured aviation knowledge base · Planned

Better source data.
More useful AI.

Complex aviation documents deserve more than a quick PDF upload into a general-purpose chat. V2 is being built around a carefully structured regulatory library, so you and your AI can find the relevant material with its meaning and context intact.

01

Keep complex tables connected

Preserve table headings, rows, units and notes alongside the surrounding rules. Parse and index those relationships so an answer can use the right values in the right context.

02

Retrieve the right section

Keep document hierarchies, source editions and references identifiable. Find a specific rule or supporting passage, then open the original source to check it.

03

Give smaller models focused context

Deliver relevant sections to the assistant without making it read an entire manual for every question. V2 is designed to support useful research with compatible smaller and local models, too.

A broader aviation library · Planned

More authorities.
More context.

Work towards a question across the sources that matter to your operation, with each authority and document kept identifiable.

V2 is planned to bring EASA, FAA, CAAC, UK CAA and more into the regulatory library. Navigate references across authorities while checking each source in its own context.

A reference between sources does not establish legal equivalence or applicability. Coverage will expand over time and will vary by authority and document.

Planned V2 library

Bring a source of your own

Planned document import lets you add regulations and reference material that are not in the library.

Available today: the AviationBot beta focuses on EASA Easy Access Rules and EUR-Lex research. Explore current sources.

Regulations meet your reality

Ask with your own
context attached.

A rule is one part of the picture. Your manuals, procedures and evidence show how your organisation works. V2 is designed to help you research them together.

Built for knowledge work across large PDFs, Word documents and Excel workbooks: locate a passage, follow a reference, inspect a table and prepare a source-backed draft for review.

Desktop · Mac + Windows

Work from selected folders on your computer. Connect the files you choose to the aviation workspace.

Web

Upload documents to a hosted browser workspace. Web uploads are separate from the desktop’s local folders.

Private-document analysis is planned for V2 and is not available in the current AviationBot beta.

Choose the setup that fits your work

Your AI.
Your organisation’s requirements.

Planned desktop options give teams room to choose compatible hosted providers or connect their own AI infrastructure.

US-hosted providers

Use compatible hosted models when they fit your organisation’s policies and the documents you are working with.

EU-hosted providers

Choose compatible EU-hosted options to support your organisation’s data residency requirements.

Your own AI

Connect a compatible self-hosted or local model to the desktop app, subject to its supported tools and capabilities.

Choose based on the complete processing setup.

Local files can still be sent to a hosted AI provider when you select one. GDPR compliance depends on your processing configuration, contracts and how your organisation uses the service.

These AI options are planned for desktop. Web will use its supported hosted models. Compatibility and offline capabilities vary; not every feature will work with every model.
