This restricted noise certificate is issued pursuant to Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139, in respect of the above-mentioned aircraft, which is declared by the declarant of a declaration of design compliance in accordance with Annex Ib (Part 21 Light) to Regulation (EU) No 748/2012 to comply with the indicated noise standard when maintained and operated in accordance with the relevant requirements and operating limitations.
