26.331 Compliance Plan for STC holders

Regulation (EU) 2020/1159

A holder of a change approval shall:

(a)     establish a compliance plan that addresses the requirements of points 26.332 to 26.334;

(b)     submit the compliance plan referred in paragraph (a) to the Agency before 25 August 2021, for approval.
