CS-VLA 65  Climbs

ED Decision 2003/18/RM

The steady rate of climb must be at least 2m/sec with –

(a)                            Not more than take-off power;

(b)                            Landing gear retracted;

(c)                            Wing flaps in take-off position; and

(d)                            Cowl flaps in the position used in the cooling tests.
