I 25.7 Powerplant instruments ED Decision 2003/2/RM (a) *System Control and Monitoring.* A means must be provided to indicate when the ATTCS system is in the armed or ready condition. (b) *Engine Failure Warning.* If the inherent flight characteristics of the aeroplane do not provide adequate warning that an engine has failed, a warning system which is independent of the ATTCS system must be provided to give the pilot a clear warning of engine failure during take-off.
