AMC 25.123 En-route flight paths ED Decision 2003/2/RM If, in showing compliance with [CS 25.123](#_DxCrossRefBm1709820671), any credit is to be taken for the progressive use of fuel by the operating engines, the fuel flow rate should be assumed to be 80% of the engine specification flow rate at maximum continuous power, unless a more appropriate figure has been substantiated by flight tests.
