CS-VLA 1511 Flap extended speed ED Decision 2003/18/RM (a) The flap extended speed VFE must be established so that it is - (1) Not less than the minimum value of VF allowed in [CS-VLA 345](#_DxCrossRefBm584936673) and [457](#_DxCrossRefBm584936681); and (2) Not more than the lesser of - (i) VF established under [CS-VLA 345](#_DxCrossRefBm584936673); or (ii) VF established under [CS-VLA 457](#_DxCrossRefBm584936681). (b) Additional combinations of flap setting, airspeed, and engine power may be established if the structure has been proven for the corresponding design conditions.
