CS-VLA 1505 Airspeed limitations ED Decision 2003/18/RM (a) The never-exceed speed VNE must be established so that it is - (1) Not less than 0.9 times the minimum value of VD allowed under [CS-VLA 335](#_DxCrossRefBm584936662); and (2) Not more than the lesser of - (i) 0.9 VD established under [CS-VLA 335](#_DxCrossRefBm584936662); or (ii) 0.9 times the maximum speed shown under [CS-VLA 251](#_DxCrossRefBm584936633). (b) The maximum structural cruising speed VNO must be established so that it is - (1) Not less than the minimum value of VC allowed under [CS-VLA 335](#_DxCrossRefBm584936662); and (2) Not more than the lesser of - (i) VC established under [CS-VLA 335](#_DxCrossRefBm584936662); or (ii) 0.89 VNE established under sub-paragraph (a) of this paragraph.
