CS-VLA 1411 General ED Decision 2003/18/RM (a) When safety equipment is installed it must be readily accessible; and (b) Stowage provisions for that equipment must be furnished and must - (1) Be arranged so that the equipment is directly accessible and its location is obvious; and (2) Protect the safety equipment from damage caused by being subjected to the inertia loads specified in [CS-VLA 561](#_DxCrossRefBm584936738).
