CS-VLA 903 Engine ED Decision 2003/18/RM (a) The engine must meet the specifications of CS-22 Subpart H. (b) *Restart capability*. An altitude and airspeed envelope must be established for the aeroplane for in-flight engine restarting and the installed engine must have a restart capability within that envelope.
