M.A.710 Airworthiness review Regulation (EU) 2020/270 When the organisation approved in accordance with point [M.A.711(b)](#_DxCrossRefBm1518545123) of this Annex (Part-M) performs airworthiness reviews, they shall be performed in accordance with point [M.A.901](#_DxCrossRefBm1518544877) of this Annex (Part-M) or point [ML.A.903](#_DxCrossRefBm1518545072) of Annex Vb (Part-ML), as applicable.
#### M.A.710 Airworthiness review *Regulation (EU) 2020/270* When the organisation approved in accordance with point [M.A.711(b)](#_DxCrossRefBm1203440010) of this Annex (Part-M) performs airworthiness reviews, they shall be performed in accordance with point [M.A.901](#_DxCrossRefBm1203439764) of this Annex (Part-M) or point [ML.A.903](#_DxCrossRefBm1203439959) of Annex Vb (Part-ML), as applicable.
