M.A.703 Extent of approval Regulation (EU) 2015/1536 (a) The approval is indicated on a certificate included in Appendix VI issued by the competent authority. (b) Notwithstanding point (a), for licenced air carriers in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1008/2008, the approval shall be part of the air operator certificate issued by the competent authority, for the aircraft operated. (c) The scope of work deemed to constitute the approval shall be specified in the continuing airworthiness management exposition in accordance with point [M.A.704](#_DxCrossRefBm1518544965).
