M.A.612 Aircraft certificate of release to service Regulation (EU) 2019/1383 Upon completion of all required aircraft maintenance in accordance with this Subpart, an aircraft CRS shall be issued in accordance with point [M.A.801](#_DxCrossRefBm1518544907) of this Annex or point [ML.A.801](#_DxCrossRefBm1518544906) of Annex Vb (Part-ML), as set out in Article 3 paragraph 1.
#### M.A.612 Aircraft certificate of release to service *Regulation (EU) 2019/1383* Upon completion of all required aircraft maintenance in accordance with this Subpart, an aircraft CRS shall be issued in accordance with point [M.A.801](#_DxCrossRefBm1203439794) of this Annex or point [ML.A.801](#_DxCrossRefBm1203439793) of Annex Vb (Part-ML), as set out in Article 3 paragraph 1.
