Regulation (EU) 2018/1142 (g) The maintenance organisation shall have sufficient certifying staff to issue certificates of release to service for aircraft and components provided for in points [M.A.612](#_DxCrossRefBm1518545071) and [M.A.613](#_DxCrossRefBm1518545070). The staff shall comply with the following requirements: 1. [Annex III (Part-66)](#_DxCrossRefBm1518544900) in the case of aircraft; 2. [Article 5(6)](#_DxCrossRefBm1518544898) of this Regulation in the case of components.
