AMC1 LSA.5 Applicability ED Decision 2011/005/R This CS-LSA is applicable to aeroplanes that are by definition engine-driven by design and therefore this CS-LSA is not applicable to powered sailplanes that are designed for sailplane characteristics when the engine is inoperative.
