GM1 BOP.BAS.300(a)(2) Instruments and equipment - General ED Decision 2018/004/R PERMANENTLY INSTALLED ‘Permanently installed’ means an instrument or equipment that requires a specific kind of installation to: (a) perform its intended function; (b) be operated according to its specified limitations; and (c) minimise the hazards to the balloon in the event of a probable malfunction or failure.
