GM 66.B.300 General ED Decision 2015/029/R As described in point [66.B.300](#_DxCrossRefBm1518545706), certifying staff qualifications eligible for conversion are those valid ‘prior to the entry into force of the applicable requirements of this [Annex (Part-66)](#_DxCrossRefBm1518544900)’, which means those qualifications valid before the following dates: - 28 September 2005 for aircraft above 5 700 kg MTOM (ref. (EC) No 2042/2003, Article 7, point 3(e)); - 28 September 2006 for aircraft of 5 700 kg MTOM and below (ref. (EC) No 2042/2003, Article 7, point 3(f)).
