BOP.BAS.145 Meteorological conditions Regulation (EU) 2018/395 The pilot-in-command shall only commence or continue a VFR flight if the latest available meteorological information indicates that the weather conditions along the route and at the intended destination at the estimated time of use are as follows: (a) at or above the applicable VFR operating minima; and (b) within the meteorological limitations specified in the AFM.
