BOP.ADD.001 Scope Regulation (EU) 2018/395 In accordance with [Article 3](#_DxCrossRefBm1924813064), this Subpart establishes the requirements to be met, in addition to the requirements of Subpart BAS, by any operator engaged in commercial operations with balloons, other than the operators referred to in the last subparagraph [Article 3(2)](#_DxCrossRefBm1924813064).
