BOP.ADD.430 Endangering Regulation (EU) 2018/395 The operator shall take all reasonable measures to ensure that no person, intentionally, recklessly or negligently, acts or omits to act with one of the following consequences: (a) endanger a balloon or person therein or on the ground; (b) cause or permit a balloon to endanger any person or property.
