BOP.BAS.310 Operating lights Regulation (EU) 2018/395 Balloons operated at night shall be equipped with all of the following: (a) an anti-collision light; (b) a means to provide adequate illumination for all instruments and equipment essential to the safe operation of the balloon; (c) an independent portable light.
