CS 22.181 Dynamic stability ED Decision 2003/13/RM Any short period oscillations occurring between the stalling speed and VDF, must be heavily damped with the primary controls: (a) Free. (b) Fixed. In the case of a powered sailplane this requirement must be met with the engine running at all allowable powers.
