CS 22.171 General ED Decision 2003/13/RM The sailplane must meet the conditions of [CS 22.173](#_DxCrossRefBm2056272068) through [CS 22.181](#_DxCrossRefBm2056272067) inclusive. In addition the sailplane must show suitable stability and control ‘feel’ in any condition normally encountered in service.
