CS 22.1013 Oil tanks ED Decision 2003/13/RM (a) Each oil tank must be installed to: (1) meet the requirements of [CS 22.967(a), (b) and (d)](#_DxCrossRefBm2056272286); and (2) withstand any vibration, inertia and fluid loads expected in operation. (b) The oil level must be easy to check without having to remove any cowling parts (with the exception of oil tank access covers) or to use any tools. (c) If the oil tank is installed in the engine compartment it must be made of fireproof material.
