CS 22.771 General ED Decision 2003/13/RM (a) The cockpit and its equipment must allow each pilot to perform his duties without unreasonable concentration or fatigue. (b) A means must be provided to enable ballast provided in accordance with [CS 22.31(c)](#_DxCrossRefBm2056272038) to be stowed safely in the sailplane.
