1. Basic Training/Examination Regulation (EU) 2023/989 The basic training certificate template shall be used for recognition of completion of either the basic training or the basic examination, or both the basic training and basic training examinations. The training certificate shall clearly identify each individual module examination by date passed together with the corresponding version of Appendix I to Annex III (Part-66). EASA Form 148a shall be used for training and examinations conducted by a training organisation approved in accordance with Annex IV (Part-147).
