21.B.425 Issuance of noise certificates Regulation (EU) 2022/201 The competent authority of the Member State of registry shall, as applicable, issue, or amend noise certificates (EASA Form 45, see [Appendix VII](#_DxCrossRefBm1649097645)) without undue delay when it is satisfied that the applicable requirements of Section A, Subpart I are met.
