AMC 21.B.225(a) Notification of findings ED Decision 2012/020/R In case of a level one finding confirmation must be obtained in a timely manner that the accountable manager received the letter containing details of the level one finding and the approval suspension details. A level two finding requires timely and effective handling by the competent authority to ensure completion of the corrective action.
