GM 21.A.708(b)(6) Continuing airworthiness ED Decision 2012/020/R In most cases a simple reference to existing maintenance requirements will suffice for aircraft that have a temporarily invalid C of A. For other aircraft it will have to be proposed by the applicant as part of the flight conditions. For approved organisations they can be included in their procedures.
