21.A.602A Eligibility Regulation (EU) No 748/2012 Any natural or legal person that produces or is preparing to produce an ETSO article, and that has demonstrated, or is in the process of demonstrating, its capability under point [21.A.602B](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096928) shall be eligible as an applicant for an ETSO authorisation.
