21.A.451 Obligations and EPA marking Regulation (EU) 2022/201 (a)     Each holder of a major repair design approval shall: 1.       undertake the obligations: (i)      laid down in points [21.A.3A](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096889), [21.A.3B](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096905), [21.A.4](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096909), [21.A.5](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096917), [21.A.6](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096931), [21.A.7](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096932), [21.A.9](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096951), [21.A.439](#_DxCrossRefBm1649097428), [21.A.441](#_DxCrossRefBm1649097429) and [21.A.443](#_DxCrossRefBm1649097430); (ii)     implicit in the collaboration with the type-certificate, supplemental type-certificate and with the APU ETSO authorisation holder under point [21.A.433](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096849)(b), as appropriate. 2.       specify the marking, including EPA letters, in accordance with point [21.A.804](#_DxCrossRefBm1649097091)(a). (b) Except for type-certificate holders or APU authorisation holders for which point [21.A.44](#_DxCrossRefBm485230440) applies, the holder of a minor repair design approval shall: 1. undertake the obligations laid down in points [21.A.4](#_DxCrossRefBm485230400), [21.A.5](#_DxCrossRefBm485230408) and [21.A.7](#_DxCrossRefBm485230423); 2. specify the marking, including EPA letters, in accordance with point [21.A.804](#_DxCrossRefBm485230582)(a).
