21.A.432A Eligibility Regulation (EU) No 748/2012 (a) Any natural or legal person that has demonstrated, or is in the process of demonstrating, its capability under point [21.A.432B](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096965) shall be eligible as an applicant for a major repair design approval under the conditions laid down in this Subpart. (b) Any natural or legal person shall be eligible to apply for approval of a minor repair design.
