21.A.233 Eligibility Regulation (EU) 2022/1358 Any natural or legal person (âorganisationâ) shall be eligible as an applicant for an approval under this Subpart: (a)    in order to demonstrate compliance with points [21.A.14](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096927), [21.A.112B](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096966), [21.A.432B](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096965) or [21.A.602B](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096928) of this [Annex](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096844) ; or (b)    in order to demonstrate compliance with points [21L.A.23](#_DxCrossRefBm1649097313), [21L.A.83](#_DxCrossRefBm1649097312) or [21L.A.204](#_DxCrossRefBm1649097311) of [Annex Ib](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096843) (Part 21 Light); or (c)     for the purpose of obtaining privileges under point [21.A.263](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096918) regarding approval of minor changes or minor repair design, or issuing declarations of compliance regarding minor changes or minor repair design of aircraft for which design compliance has been declared in accordance with Subpart C of Section A of [Annex Ib](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096843) (Part 21 Light).
#### 21.A.233 Eligibility *Regulation (EU) 2022/1358* Any natural or legal person (âorganisationâ) shall be eligible as an applicant for an approval under this Subpart: (a) in order to demonstrate compliance with points [21.A.14](#_DxCrossRefBm485230418), [21.A.112B](#_DxCrossRefBm485230457), [21.A.432B](#_DxCrossRefBm485230456) or [21.A.602B](#_DxCrossRefBm485230419) of this [Annex](#_DxCrossRefBm485230334) ; or (b) in order to demonstrate compliance with points [21L.A.23](#_DxCrossRefBm485230805), [21L.A.83](#_DxCrossRefBm485230804) or [21L.A.204](#_DxCrossRefBm485230803) of [Annex Ib](#_DxCrossRefBm485230333) (Part 21 Light); or (c) for the purpose of obtaining privileges under point [21.A.263](#_DxCrossRefBm485230409) regarding approval of minor changes or minor repair design, or issuing declarations of compliance regarding minor changes or minor repair design of aircraft for which design compliance has been declared in accordance with Subpart C of Section A of [Annex Ib](#_DxCrossRefBm485230333) (Part 21 Light).
