21.A.133 Eligibility

21.A.133 Eligibility Regulation (EU) 2022/1358 Any natural or legal person (‘organisation’) shall be eligible as an applicant for an approval under this Subpart. The applicant shall: (a)     justify that, for a defined scope of work, an approval under this Subpart is appropriate for the purpose of showing conformity with a specific design; and (b)     hold or have applied for an approval of that specific design; or (c)      have declared or intends to declare compliance of that specific design in accordance with Subpart C of Section A of [Annex Ib](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096843) (Part 21 Light); or (d)     have ensured satisfactory coordination between production and design, through an appropriate arrangement with: (1)     the applicant for, or holder of, an approval of that specific design issued in accordance with this Regulation; or (2)     the natural or legal person who made a declaration of compliance of that specific design in accordance with Subpart C of Section A of [Annex Ib](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096843) (Part 21 Light).
