21.A.44 Obligations of the holder Regulation (EU) 2022/201 Each holder of a type-certificate or restricted type-certificate shall: (a)    undertake the obligations laid down in points [21.A.3A](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096889), [21.A.3B](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096905), [21.A.4](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096909), [21.A.5](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096917), [21.A.6](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096931), [21.A.7](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096932), [21.A.9](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096951), [21.A.62](#_DxCrossRefBm1649097022) and [21.A.65](#_DxCrossRefBm1649097021), and, for this purpose, shall continue to meet the qualification requirements for eligibility under point [21.A.13](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096954); and (b)    specify the marking in accordance with Subpart Q.
