21.A.47 Transferability Regulation (EU) 2022/201 The transfer of a type-certificate or a restricted type-certificate or an ETSO authorisation for an auxiliary power unit may only be made to a natural or legal person that is able to undertake the obligations laid down in point [21.A.44](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096949), and, for this purpose, has demonstrated its capability in accordance with point [21.A.14](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096927).
