GM1 MET.TR.200(f) Meteorological reports and other information ED Decision 2022/004/R **ISSUANCE OF LOCAL SPECIAL REPORTS** Point (f) of [MET.TR.200](#_DxCrossRefBm1726555766) relates to the list of criteria to provide local special reports and SPECI when a meteorological change occurs. The agreement between the meteorological service provider and the competent authority is introduced as these criteria are usually agreed with the competent authority. Also, in introducing this agreement, the nature of the transposed provision (Appendix 3, 2.3.3 Recommendation) of ICAO Annex 3 remains.
