GM1 ATM/ANS.AR.C.020(c) Issue of certificates ED Decision 2020/008/R OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS OR LIMITATIONS (a) If, during the certification process, an operational condition or limitation has been determined as necessary to be imposed on or implemented by the service provider, the competent authority should ensure that such operational condition or limitation is prescribed in the service provision conditions attached to the service provider’s certificate. (b) Limitations in the certification may be used to identify restrictions to be applied in the provision of services and any other particularity of the service provided (e.g. intended usage, type of operations). (c) Limitations may also relate to some restrictions on the service(s) provided associated with non-compliances with respect to some performance requirements. (d) Conditions may address actions that require to be accomplished to confirm the validity of the certificate.
