ATM/ANS.OR.B.035 Operations manuals Regulation (EU) 2017/373 (a) A service provider shall provide and keep up to date its operations manuals relating to the provision of its services for the use and guidance of operations personnel. (b) It shall ensure that: (1) operations manuals contain the instructions and information required by the operations personnel to perform their duties; (2) relevant parts of the operations manuals are accessible to the personnel concerned; (3) the operations personnel are informed of amendments to the operations manual applying to their duties in a manner that enables their application as of their entry into force.
