Article 4 Amendment to Regulation (EU) 965/2012 Regulation (EU) 2015/640 Annex III to [Regulation (EU) No 965/2012](http://eur-lex.europa.eu/LexUriServ/LexUriServ.do?uri=OJ:L:2012:296:0001:0148:EN:PDF) is amended in accordance with [Annex II](https://dxweb.easa.europa.eu/dx4/Topics/easaGranularMigrationb899ff96-69fe-497f-8795-4c5dd1fbe13f.docx) to this Regulation, in order to contain a reference to this Regulation.
## Article 4 Amendment to Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 *Regulation (EU) 2015/640* Annex III to [Regulation (EU) No 965/2012](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/reg/2012/965/oj/eng) is amended in accordance with Annex II to this Regulation, in order to contain a reference to this Regulation. *[Note from the editor: Article 4 was created with the adoption of* [Regulation (EU) 2015/640](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/reg/2015/640/oj/eng) *to include a link to Part‑26 in* [Regulation (EU) No 965/2012](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/reg/2012/965/oj/eng)*.
