145.A.90 Continued validity Regulation (EU) 2021/1963 (a) The organisation’s certificate shall remain valid, subject to compliance with all of the following conditions: 1. the organisation remaining in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 and its delegated and implementing acts, taking into account the provisions of point [145.B.350](#_DxCrossRefBm1518544884) of this Annex related to the handling of findings; 2. the competent authority being granted access to the organisation as specified in point [145.A.140](#_DxCrossRefBm1518545520); 3. the certificate not being surrendered by the organisation, or suspended or revoked by the competent authority under point [145.B.355](#_DxCrossRefBm1518545536).
