GM2 ADR.OPS.B.005(b) Aerodrome emergency planning ED Decision 2014/012/R INVOLVED AGENCIES IN EMERGENCIES The following agencies could participate in response to an emergency, depending on the type of emergency and local arrangements: (a) On the aerodrome: (1) Air Traffic Control Unit; (2) Rescue and firefighting services; (3) Aerodrome administration; (4) Medical and ambulance services; (5) Aircraft operators; (6) Ground handling agencies; (7) Security services; and (8) Police. (b) Off the aerodrome: (1) Fire departments; (2) Police; (3) Health authorities (including medical, ambulance, hospital and public health services); (4) Military; and (5) Harbour or coast guard, if applicable.
