AMC1 ADR.OR.D.005(b)(4) Management system ED Decision 2014/012/R SAFETY RISK ASSESSMENT AND MITIGATION (a) A formal safety (risk) assessment and mitigation process should be developed and maintained that ensures analysis (in terms of probability and severity of occurrence), assessment (in terms of tolerability), and control (in terms of mitigation) of risks. (b) The levels of management who have the authority to make decisions regarding the tolerability of safety risks, in accordance with (a) above, should be specified in the aerodrome manual.
