AMC1 ADR.OR.D.005(b)(3) Management system ED Decision 2014/012/R HAZARD IDENTIFICATION PROCESS (a) Hazard identification should be based on a combination of reactive, proactive, and predictive methods of safety data collection. Reactive, proactive, and predictive schemes for hazard identification should be the formal means of collecting, recording, analysing, acting on, and generating feedback about hazards and the associated risks that affect safety. (b) All reporting systems, including confidential reporting schemes, should include an effective feedback process.
