AMC1 ADR.OR.B.025(a)(1) Demonstration of compliance ED Decision 2014/012/R USE OF THIRD PARTIES TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE While performing the necessary actions, inspections, tests, safety assessments, or exercises necessary to demonstrate compliance, the aerodrome operator may also use contracted third parties. In any case, the responsibility remains with the aerodrome operator.
